UK-based start-up that helps consumers in the customs charges refund when they return an item purchased from an international retailer.
Scope of the project was to revamp their logo, create a brand identity and launch their social media accounts.
The initial logo was pretty basic, no tagline and had no flares, I reworked it maintaining the original font, redesigning the pictogram and customising some of the font letters. 
The visual identity created has the objective to build an aesthetic that is recognisable and different from other tax-related businesses, that is fun, bold yet not overwhelming, building the business establishment as leader in the industry.
This was initially developed for the social media accounts.
The Instagram account specifically was initially developed to form a social site, where the potential follower would land and learn key information about the business as well as customers reviews.
Further developed into a full-speed grid with a clear mix of diversity from business-related to meme/socially-relatable content.
More emphasis was given to fashion content highlighting the brands and stores from where the clients where buying from.
Further development would have seen more of this kind of content to later become a fashion/lifestyle business.
